The Brand Called You – Discover and create your personal brand

You ARE your brand.  Your start-up may fail, or your job may come to an end, but you and your personal brand remain.  If you consistently  discover and create your personal brand, it will allow you to make the jump from one endeavor to the next.

Your personal brand is the what gets you invited to an interview when you apply for a job. It’s your means to building  an audience or mailing list even before start work on your new start-up. It’s how you get invited to join another start-up as a co-founder.

Today you’re judged by what can I find out about you online and whom you know. Your personal brand should encapsulate both of these things, and embody who you are and what you stand for.

I’ll show you how to discover and create your personal brand and present your best YOU through your internet presence and marketing efforts to attract the most opportunity for yourself and your business.

NOT JUST GOING THROUGH THE MOTION-
*proper engagement of muscle works the muscle; show how to make it work and not just motions
* how to verbally correct those common form errors effectively without embarrassing those participants; best cues to utilize

TUBING- So under utilized in many classes.
*Show how to safely use the tubing for our common patterns in this section
*ways to make harder with the tubes
*common form issues with tubes

ORDER- Strategically placing this section in your class will drastically effect the intensity of this section. Also change sections within the piece. Biceps, biceps, shoulders, shoulders, triceps, triceps OR biceps, shoulders, triceps, triceps, shoulders, biceps (where music allows)

CHALLENGE- Show how to challenge with a more intense movement while maintaining integrity of the program. I.E. varying types of bicep curls (hammer, supinated, rotated out) and advanced variations for power moves, like 3 pt contact push-ups etc.

COMBINING ALL OF THE ABOVE- So many options and ways to really push this section to the max. Tubing round one, weight on the second. Ordering double biceps, shoulders to triceps or even simply place after Power

Let’s work them to the max in Resistance and Power and SHAKE THEM UP!!!
